, a small town in France ], the not so small Memphis, Tennessee , a small town in Montana , and a very smelly Washington, DC . Walter is done growing. So now he wants to build Cities.
Walter is an explorer, inventor and lawyer. He likes to fix broken things - like tractors, relationships, and Cities. He once built a log cabin in Montana. He is in the process of filing six patents based on his inventions. He plans to give all of his accumulated wealth away before he dies.
