The smallest unit of modular networking. For purposes of designing the human social network, the Node is City, of which there are several sizes.

A TinyCity is a node, and a Polis, which is made up of several TinyCities, is a module of nodes. Likewise, a Polis is also a node, and a Metropolis, which is made up of several Poli, is also a module of nodes.

Like a square and a rectangle, a module is also a node, but a node is not a module.
