The legislative branch shall be composed of three bodies. The Houses, The Senate, and the General Assembly.
Collectively, they write the laws.
The Senate and Houses draft legislation that is then presented to the General Assembly for voting up or down. Only the General Assembly may lobby the House or the Senate.
